PERON Automotive, the exclusive UK importer for Akrapovič, is proud to present the latest innovation from the world-renowned performance exhaust manufacturer—the Akrapovič Slip-On Line (Titanium) Exhaust System, specifically developed for the new BMW G90 and G99 M5.

This system is crafted from high-grade lightweight titanium, delivering a 31.8% weight reduction over the factory exhaust system (saving 6.12 kg). Designed for models equipped with gasoline particulate filters (GPF), it is fully EC/ECE type-approved, making it road legal across the UK and Europe.

Akrapovič engineers have pushed boundaries with this design, incorporating complex cast titanium components, such as exhaust valve housings and precision-engineered collectors, all produced at Akrapovič’s in-house titanium foundry. The enlarged main exhaust tubes and special control kit with electronically actuated valves deliver a refined yet sporty sound experience across all drive modes.

Tailpipe Options:

The system is finished with a mandatory choice of tailpipes, available in either:

• Hexagonal carbon-fibre/titanium

• Round carbon-fibre/titanium

Both designs are fitted with integrated acoustic reflectors, subtly directing external exhaust sound toward the cabin to create a more immersive driving experience.

Performance Gains:

When tested on the Akrapovič in-house dyno, the Slip-On Line system achieved:

• +5.2 kW (7.1 hp) at 2,050 rpm

• +24.3 Nm of torque at 2,050 rpm

Installation:

This system offers a simple plug-and-play installation with no remapping required. Please note that cutting of the stock exhaust system is necessary, so we recommend reading the included instructions thoroughly before beginning installation.

Note: Installation of optional components such as the Link Pipe or Sound Kit will invalidate the EC/ECE type approval of the Slip-On Line (Titanium) system. This system will not work on a NON OPF / GPF vehicle
